Definitely worth it!
I previously used the Classic 3 (still a better than average stethoscope) and upgraded to the cardiology - wow the sound difference is amazing. Doing lung and cardiac assessments on ambulance are a breeze now.

Lightweight and Clearer sounds!
So far it’s lightweight feeling comparable to my classic littman I had previously. I’m excited because sounds do seem clearer, and I don’t seem to have as much difficulty hearing things as before! Will update on usage!
