I got this neck brace to use for sleeping in lieu of the Miami J neck brace assigned to me after my recent anterior cervical fusion surgery. The gel packs feel wonderful on my neck after wearing the hard brace all day. The only downside is that my surgeon instructed me to wear the opening in the front, so the Velcro straps cut into my neck and chin. I wrap them in gauze to make it more comfortable.

Helped after neck surgery. Unfortunately it doesn’t stay cold for too long.

Maybe too small rides up

Had major neck fusion almost 3 weeks ago. Putting the black neoprene pack in the freezer and putting on your post-surgical incision for 15-20 minutes helped so much!!!

The brace fits me well with the gel pack in place but when you take that out there is not enough female sided Velcro to accommodate a tighter fit and so the teeth have to be put on the brace fabric which will snag it quickly. They easily could have sewn in a larger female (softer side of Velcro) strip of Velcro to accommodate more neck sizes. It is pretty comfortable with gel pack on and slightly less comfortable with it off but still overall a pretty good item.

This neck brace is worth every penny! It has a nice Velcro strip to fit all sizes and how tight you do or don’t want it to be. It’s cooling and comfortable…the quality is amazing and it’s not scratchy like all those regular c.collars.. and I love u can get it in pink!!

This item does work. I like that I could put it in my freezer and put it on to cool my cervical instability I have a C1 C2 kefaces it’s fused crooked . Collar is firm and stable and it does not caused me to overheat which is the reason I needed the cooling. I would recommend it.

I've been dealing with migraines & neck pain for decades, & I was hopeful with this neck brace, that it could help with my issues. Unfortunately, my neck is too short for a lot of these kinds of products, & I end up feeling like it is strangling me in some ways. This offers great support, & it's comfortable. I also like the gel pack that fits inside the brace. It is easy to use. And the gel pack, along with the support, do provide some pain relief for me. But, since my neck isn't long enough to really benefit from this product, it doesn't help me as much as I would like.
