I used 3 packages of these for my outdoor stairs. The stairs are wood with a non-slip epoxy coating that had chipped along the edge, and caused one of the stairs to start to deteriorate. These have adhesive already, but in addition i added a bead of Lexel adhesive to prevent water from going under the metal and further damage the wood - i felt the adhesive strip on the radio would not seal against the rough non-slip surface. Photo shows strips held in place with clamps while the Lexel dries.

Much nicer than traditional nailed on trims.

CLEANED AND REPAINTED STAIRS, THEN THEY APPLIED EASILY, LOOKS GREAT.

Worked out good on my stairs.

Put this on a patio step since the edge wore down. Makes it much safer and looks great. Easy to cut to size with a hacksaw and adhere to the step.

Ordered these to replace old nose pieces on our basement stairs. The stairs are very old wood so not smooth but these cover and are holding well. I used a jigsaw to cut them and it was very easy. Will update if they stop sticking or other issues arise.

I bought these to nail to the edge of the trash bin enclosure I built. I'll be rolling trash bins over the edge each week to take them to the curb and didn't want to risk screwing up the edge of the wood floor. These are the perfect solution so far.
