Where is this manufactured?

As too often happens, Amazon provides little information regarding sources. The photo's and illustrations offer practically no clue as to the country or region. The leather is stated as "water buffalo", but while thinking south-central Asia, I'm sure that leather could well be imported to any other country where the final product is crafted.

Is this full grain leather or genuine leather? It can't be both as genuine and full grain are different grades of leather.

I'm not well-versed with leather grading, but I would think the term "genuine" would apply to any real animal hide regardless of finish or grain. However, the description stated this as "Full Grain Genuine Buffalo Leather". My examination believes it to be real leather, smooth finished (not highly finished) on one side and rough on the other, sort of like a boot leather, and it measures slightly more than a 1/16-inch in thickness.
