I LOVE THIS THING!!!
Very simple setup. Robust construction. I bought it to supplement my TIG welder for dirtier jobs. I used it to weld a simple frame this evening. Once I got the hang of the spool of wire and the amp settings I went to town! It welds cleanly with little practice and I was able to make a simple frame for a rolling tub in no time. I would recommend this for outdoor use if you need something portable and quick and don't have alot of time for prep work. I beat the heck out of the test weld to see if it would hold and it didn't budge! The welds will need proper cleanup once they cool. But I am confident they will look as good as any of my TIG welding projects. Solid buy!!!

Reviews did not disappoint, very pleased overall
I’m sure a small percentage of product gets through with issues and malfunctions, but when you look and critically think through the majority of three or four pages of reviews, statistically your chance of a good one is almost a given. The one I got works very well and I have not got a complaint one given the price point I paid for it and for what I bought it for. I am building a 12’x24’ lean-too roof off the back of my shop. I have a very familiar and long time standing well respected MIG on and cart that will do solid or flux wire, it works great and is great inside the shop. Outside moving it around on the grass would be difficult and the 8’ leads would not have been long enough too reach the 10’ height of this new project. This Azzuno 135pro has been perfect! It fits perfectly on top of my 8’ step ladder held on with two bungee cords, never have to remove it, just drag the ladder around reconnect the clamp to the project and start welding with the gun. Everything is 14g metal C-purlin, 2x6 rectangular tubing, 3x3 square tubing and many 1 1/2 x 1/8” angle iron clips for added strength. Been through almost 3lbs of .030 flux core wire already and the welder has held up and performed flawlessly so far. Voltage and amperage settings both at 50% is almost too much penetration especially for the 14g alone. All in all if it stops working on the next job, oh well, for the $79 I paid for it just too build the lean-too here , I certainly got my money’s worth with 15-20 hours of welding this has already done with impressive performance. Overall portability, light weight, ease of use, simple 110v power that I have yet to blow a breaker on a 50’ cord from, and simply it’s just fun to use this little thing in synergy mode and for the money I spent on it makes it hard for me not too give it a 5 star review.

Good welder, but electric cords are too stiff.
Overall this a good welder. After learning how to use it, I can actually weld. I am an old guy and the cords are so stiff, I have to wrestle them to maneuver the unit. More flexible would have been nice.

Welder approved.
I am a professional welder of 15 years. Now why would a professional welder be buying this? Well, to make a long story short I’ve got to do a quick little job but I’ve got to get on a plane and fly to the location and since I can’t take my Lincoln welder I needed something small and light that can fit in my luggage without going over weight. The job calls for 1/8 fillet welds so I don’t need any big equipment anyways. I could rent some equipment for 4 times the price per day so that doesn’t make sense. Anyways my hopes were pretty low for this welder. It came in the mail pretty quickly. The plastic latch on the door was broken so the door doesn’t stay shut. Oh well, I don’t have time to return it and get another one. So before I catch my flight I figured I’d put it through its paces and see what I can weld with it. The auto set feature is actually pretty accurate. Meaning it sets the volts and wire feed speed based on the amperage you select. It was pretty dead on for the selected range of amperage. However I doubt the amperage is what you set it at. Meaning I set it at 75 amps and it felt less than that. Although that could be just an opinion I didn’t test it with an amp meter. I cranked it up to 135 amps and that felt more like 75-80 amps to me. But really what do I know if I didn’t test it with a meter? Bottom line is I like it. I won’t use it much in the future because I’m a professional and this welder doesn’t make you look professional. But it works well, will serve its purpose for this job, and it can pack well in your luggage if that’s what you’re looking to do.
