A good D3, K2 with calcium supplement.
This is a two pack of D3 and K2 vitamin supplements. Come in a well packaged and sealed for safety. Internal contents of softgels seems very consistent in quality. It's hard to gauge. How effective is there just by the nature of the supplement, and I have not had any clinical test done to gauge my levels of these vitamins, but I feel confident that they do offer the contents and vitamins they claim. The softgels are easy to take with a bit of water or juice etc. I am the type of person that is indoors for a good amount of time away from sunlight, so it is essential that I take a vitamin D supplement. Apart from the D3 and the K2 supplement is calcium included, which the K2 helps to absorb and carry into the bones. The fact that these are gluten-free soy free, and made with natural ingredients as the label claims.

Good for the price.
This is a good price for dual vitamins.

One set came fine and one came slightly yellow with brown dots. They’re unopened and look like they’ve gone bad. And they’re not eligible for refund.

Nice big dose in a convenient softgel
Vitamin D is serious stuff, with most people in the modern world having low levels as they don't get outside a whole lot. A friend's wife broke her ribs doing sit-ups due to low vitamin D and I've taken supplements for several years after finding out mine was a little low. This is a bigger dose than other supplements, so you should get a blood test before and after taking them for a few weeks to make sure you're at a safe level.I don't see a country of origin in the listing and it's not on the label, so it appears to be China based on the company name. That makes me a bit nervous, especially as it's not independently tested, but it is GMP at least. I try to look for supplements made in the USA, 3rd party tested, and GMP, so a couple stars off for that, but otherwise, these seem like good supplements.
