Healthy Rice Noodles
These are nothing like the white slimy noodles that you use for pad thai and the like. These have a flavour of their own and texture. They stand a bit of seasoning and are wider than the usual white rice noodles. They need all of the ten minutes it says to soak them for if you're not cooking them further. Put them in a big container with lots of water round them for best results.

Very good in soups, stir fries and any kind of sauce really.Great if you can't have wheat gluten. I always have a pack in the cupboard!
