The capsules are vegan and non-GMO which I definitely appreciate. Resveratrol is an amazing antioxidant that has so many wonderful benefits. The Resveratrol from Japanese Knotweed is said to be mostly the trans type which is supposed to be the best. I'm on my first bottle still, so I haven't seen any drastic changes yet. Like any other natural supplement, it's not a magic overnight pill and it takes a bit of time to see results. I want to say that I feel better and more energetic overall. I have not experienced any side effects from taking these capsules. So far, I'm pretty happy with this purchase.
