These blankets are very lightweight, the one I weighed was 1.2 pounds. The widths very from 48 to 52 inches. All of the colors are lovely! As many of the reviews note they are musty right out of the package, and do have some stains and patches. I ran mine through the wash twice right away and after putting them in the dryer, I let them air out outside. No odor left! As you can see from the pictures of some of them, there is no rhyme or reason as to the combination of the colors or patterns of Saris that were sewed together. This adds a unique and whimsical flavor to each one.I have designated one for a cat blanket to keep fur off of my sofa. I plan on using one as a car blanket, another in the guest bedroom, and another to keep cozy on my porch while watching the stars at night. The last one will be for my massage therapy table to add a touch of warmth and weight for my clients while maintaining the right texture to fold for draping. I’m very glad I decided to purchase these as they add a cheeriness to any room in the house.

Each one is unique/different and they’re charmingly handmade. Also, it’s cool that they’re recycled fabric

This was my second time purchasing these. I LOVE them so much! My husband and I both get hot when sleeping, so we like that these are thin. Our dog has torn a few holes in them jumping up onto the bed. I just use scraps to patch it and sew it in the same style they were made and it looks like it’s supposed to be that way. We have also used them for curtains in our bedroom and in our RV and to cover ugly RV furniture. I love the funky vibe they add.Yes, there is a strong smell when they arrive. After washing and drying them once, I could still smell it, but only faintly. Just airing them out a day got rid of it. And really, I didn’t find it to be an offensive smell... it smells like essential oils or incense to me.Out of the 20 or so of these I’ve purchased over the last year, there was only one that didn’t have at least one side that I really liked.

I bought this product in anticipation that what I would be sent would be truly hideous but thank goodness for Amazon Prime. What I was sent was not hideous but a refreshing sample of "earthy" color blends. Now, I'm going to tell you what you get for your $20. What you get is a decorative THROW, probably not more than 50" x 80" (my guess). It's pretty but not very useful due to the fact that it is just two cotton sheets sewn together. There is no batting between the layers so don't lay underneath it expecting to be warm. I suppose one could layer them for comfortable summer sleeping. I ordered a second one and I am pleased with both purchases. You WILL want to wash them before use. Both of mine came with an odd moldy smell but it washes out rather well. If you want something "Bohemian" and decorative this is your item. If you want something for daily bedding keep looking. I have a functional Kantha quilt for daily use but that cost me a good 70 bucks.

The media could not be loaded.  This one is actually made from reused fabric. The one I bought from another seller was new and it bled everywhere when washed, as well as having a rough texture and plain underside. This one has patterns on both sides and is super soft and not worn-out.

I live the pattern of this throw, but it has ink stains and holes in the pink flowery material, and a patch (which may be normal) on the fall color side. I wrote to ask if this was normal, and the sender didn't even respond to me. I wouldn't buy from them again.Update 5-6-23The sellers finally responded to me and were rude and abrasive. I've since found more holes in my throw, and replaced it with one from another company.

Love to keep these to share as gifts this wasn’t my best order. Colors were browns and blacks drab for me base on my visits to India. Lots of lose threads too. All in all just ok might check other vendors for bright color ways although it’s a gamble either way.

I was really happy with these! I ordered two and asked the seller (even though I knew they were randomly chosen and you get what you get), but I tried anyway. The seller promptly responded and said Amazon warehouses these for them, so they couldn't send a particular color scheme ( I knew that, but hey, you can always try!) I ended up getting the exact color scheme I wanted anyway, what luck! No weird smells, no fraying threads, and packaged well. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again! They are light weight as to be expected for the cost, but for my purposes they were perfect!
