A High-Quality Ceramic Karahi That Finally Delivers Authentic Indian Cooking
I have been searching for a proper Indian-style karahi for a long time. I tried several options from Amazon before this one, but all were returned due to poor quality or uneven heat distribution. For background, I am a big All-Clad (D3) fan. All of my cookware is All-Clad because, with proper preheating, it naturally develops excellent non-stick performance. The stainless steel quality and thick aluminum core distribute heat evenly, which is critical for Indian cooking. When I found this karahi, I was immediately interested because it uses a ceramic coating instead of traditional non-stick. I prefer ceramic due to concerns about toxicity. This was the only karahi I found that offers a 3-layer construction with ceramic coating, similar in concept to high-end cookware. After receiving it, I was honestly impressed. The build quality is excellent and very comparable to All-Clad. The aluminum core is thick, which ensures even heat distribution across the entire karahi. While it is slightly smaller than what Iām used to (I often cook large batches for the week), it still easily fit a whole chicken for my curry recipe. Cooking performance was excellent. Heat was evenly distributed with no hot spots, and the ceramic non-stick surface worked very well. The lid is another highlightāitās heavy, well-made, and fits securely, helping retain heat and moisture. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the construction, cooking performance, and price. If youāre looking for a high-quality stainless steel ceramic-coated karahi for authentic Indian cooking, this is an excellent choice and one I would confidently recommend.

Fantastic Purchase!!
This is a great pan! I love Indian food and have been looking for a kadai since I've been experimenting with some Indian recipes. I've always liked using stainless steel cookware since it's non-reactive and cleans up well. I made 2 Indian dishes in this pan and was very pleased with how everything turned out. The heat distribution was great. The handles became a little warm, but I always use oven mitts anyway, so it doesn't matter. I debated about which size to buy since it's only my husband and I, but decided on the 4L since it will allow me to make larger batches of food, and I can freeze any leftovers for later. It's the perfect size. Not only does this kadai cook well, but it also looks beautiful on my stovetop. If you're looking for a kadai, I highly recommend this one. I haven't tried any other recipes in this, but I'm sure it can be used for soups as well. It's one of the best cookware purchases I've made. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect Ramen Pot
My hunt is over for the perfect induction capable ramen pot! Iāve always loved this brand. Their pots and pans are high quality but very reasonably priced. I have a few and I daresay they are comparable to my All-clad. This pot is no different. Both the pot and lid has a sturdy weight to it. I immediately bought a second as soon as I opened the package so I can enjoy for 2. My requirements for the ramen pot is as follows: shaped like a bowl, IH capable, at least 1.5 quarts but no more than 2 quarts. The handles have to be to the sides so as not to tip the bowl as would a conventional 1.5 sauce pan that has a long protruding handle and has a lid. This is the 1st pot that I came across that has met all my criteria. As itās marketed as a Kadhai pot it was extremely hard to find. When doing a ramen pot search, all I could find were the gold aluminum ones, so no IH cooking. That this pot is Tri-ply makes it very versatile and is a huge bonus. You might be asking why a pot and not a bowl? It saves so much time on clean up and cooking is super fast using IH technology. I can get a piping hot bowl of ramen loaded with a bunch of nummy toppings on the table in less than 10 minutes which is a game changer on week days. The soup stays hot longer because I'm not pouring hot soup into a cool bowl. This pot is perfect for the aforementioned reasons. Having this lid helps me cook an egg to soft boil. I love that the lid is recessed and is not glass as some glass lids attract moisture in the metal rim.

Perfect multipurpose pot for solo/couple
I know itās originally meant for Indian dishes, but this is the perfect size for a 1~3 person shabu shabu / hot pot, especially for cooking at the table. The rolled edges (lip) help prevent spillage when ladling soup out of the pot. Light and sturdy, quality construction. It would also be useful for: - 1-2 person stir fry - 1-2 person āpot riceā - fits 2 instant noodle packets comfortably Overall, I would recommend as a multipurpose pot for anyone.

Best wok I have ever owned!
Best wok I have ever owned! The overall thickness ensures the food doesn't burn. The handle does get hot so have to use mittens. It is perfect for meal-prepping or large family meals. Makes cooking rice, stews, curries a breeze. Fit is perfect. It is stainless steel so not non-stick, but if you let it heat, then add a later of oil, food will not stick. It is easy to clean with a scrub daddy sponge.

Excellent quality

Very sturdy. High quality. Handles solidly attached. Superior steel used. It isn't cheap, but it is top grade. On an element, it distributes the heat well through the whole bowl, for slow simmering.
