I had been searching for a traffic mug to bring tea or matcha to work on and while I loved my travel mugs from Target, they were old. The leakproof seal was worn down and the insides were so stained with tea/coffee it felt like time to retire them. I bought the Owala in both sizes and I like the small size far better. I have the 40 grey water bottle and love that this little cup and the water bottle kinda match because of the color. I love the green! I also LOVE that they don’t leak. I make my matcha and make sure the lid is secure and tip it upside down to be sure and nothing comes out. I toss it in my work bag and know that I won’t get to work with a soggy work bag. They are a little pricey for travel mugs but honestly so worth the investment. I know it’ll last me for a long time. The bigger size is perfect for those days when you know you just need a little more caffeine. I’m officially an Owala stan and can’t wait to buy a few more for my mom and sister. The slider is a little awkward at first, but eventually you get used to it and it doesn’t feel awkward to use anymore. I always hand wash and it’s perfectly easy to wash and keep clean.

I don’t see how they could make a coffee tumbler better than this. I verbalize how much I love this cup almost every day. It’s that good. I routinely forget that I’ve made hot tea or coffee. And I reach over, take a sip, and am delighted when it’s super hot. I also have one of those big, dumb dogs that regularly bumps into me and my side table. This cup has not spilled one drop. Not one. I have my Owala FreeSip(?) water bottles and I’ve enjoyed the quality. The SmoothSip is awesome. It doesn’t pool at the opening like some of my other coffee tumblers that haven’t seen the light of day since this was delivered.

I saw someone on tik Tok with this and had to get it. I've been looking for the perfect travel cup. I take the bus and I'm the morning I don't have time to sit and drink my matcha so I take it with me. Every other travel cup is too big or it leaks. This one is the perfect size. And when I say it's leak proof, it's LEAK PROOF. I am constantly shaking it upsid down to show people how leak proof it is because it is amazing. It's perfect to throw in my sid pocket of my bag and take the bus to work. My matcha is still warm and none of it leaked out. It's easy to clean. It's cute. I use it every day.

I got this when I lost one of my yeti tumblers and wanted to branch out and try something else. I do like this cup and I think sipping from it is very smooth and I might even like that aspect of it more. However I’ve noticed that my yeti keeps my coffee hotter For longer and is overall easier to take apart for cleaning and easier to open and close. Sometimes I struggle with opening and closing the top of this cup, and I am a 30 year old woman who shouldn’t have difficulty opening a coffee tumbler. There are more pieces on the top to take apart even though they are all dishwasher safe, it still takes a while for me to take it apart and put it back together compared to my yeti top. I do enjoy this cup but I would not buy another one

Best cup I’ve ever owned! First of all, the pink color is just absolutely stunning! It’s really easy to use. I know some reviews were saying it’s too hard to slide open but to me it was just right. I put ice water in it at 7:30am and by 8pm at night I still had some ice left in it. It’s also really comfortable to drink out of due to its shape by where your lip sits. The 20oz is the perfect size in my opinion. Also, it definitely dot not leak. I can flip the entire cup upside down with no problems.

I love this cup- high quality, love the color, easy to hold, expensive but the quality makes up for it.Fits in car cup holder and works well as it’s labeled - notice it says warm for 6 hours and not hotthe size is perfect to drink your coffee all morning, keeps it hot (although I admit compared to stanley coffee tumbler this keeps it a little less hot)

This coffee carafe is great and my only regret is not getting one sooner! I’ve had a bad habit for years now of buying my coffee at work — I travel in on transit and was always worried about leaks or having a complicated assembly. But with the current economic downturn I finally bit the bullet and decided buying coffee was an expense I needed to cut from my budget, and set out to find a travel carafe that could do the job.This owala insulated carafe is GREAT! It is completely leakproof. It is not too complicated and disassembles for cleaning very easily. The spout is weirdly pleasant to drink from— no leakage while sipping! In just 3 weeks it has now paid for itself 3x over and I can make my own delicious coffee from home and not pay for overpriced bad coffee. Heat retention is great — it’s the perfect temperature for drinking by the time I get to work and stays that way for a few hours at least.#Protip: when it arrived I watched a video on disassembly because it’s not intuitive or like any other carafe I’ve had. You have to pop off the slider which at first feels like you’re breaking it. You’re not. Moving and prying off the slider felt hard/rigid at first but becomes much easier with a few uses.
