Great customer service
We ordered this for Christmas and put together and something went wrong, it didn’t start. That being said, the customer service was excellent and responsive and I know my kids are going to love the bike.

Throttle wiring
Throttle stopped working less then a month in

Throttle wiring.
Unfortunately my child got to ride it for 45 min. Then we put it on the charger to ride the next day and when you turn the throttle it does not move. The green light says charger but it does not work. My son is devastated this was his present from Santa. Hoping the seller contacts me back for refund or another bike! We loved it when it worked!
