never again i ordered a large and they sent a 4x and did not look like the pictured item

I added this item to my wishlist in RED. The dress that arrived is nearly orange.I should be a 2X in most things, but just in case, I wanted a 3X in this particular dress. What arrived was labeled a 3X, but was definitely too small still.According to the pictures, ribbon is supposed to be laced through the front of the dress. The ribbon was sent detached from the dress. The dress I was sent does not have any means to attach the ribbon to the front of the dress. The very frayed ribbon was not sent neatly folded or anything, just tossed into the bag the dress came in.To top things off, no packing slip arrived with the item, and since this was bought for me as an anonymous gift off my wishlist, I do not even know what steps to take in order to get a refund.
