I had never worked with water beads Had I read instructions before using it would have been easier.. I didn't know the longer they are kept in water the bigger they grow! I put some in water in vases, & plastic containers till morning... What I didn't read was the longer they stay in water the bigger they get... When I woke up in the morning I said : 😱There were beads everywhere in the kitchen bouncing around sure they grew in water jumped out of the vases & plastic containers I left them soaking in & omg 😳 there were beads everywhere bouncing around on the floor on the counter in the living room was covered with wet larger size water beads ..my cat chasing the round balls, my dog running after the beads ....& When u try to pick them up their slimy not easy to get them ... Eventually I got them all & my pets didn't swallow any beads ... Whomever makes this project beware water beads will grow in water bigger as the longer they remain soaking...lol However the handmade crafted gift turned out pretty good & the person reciving the crafted gift 4 a birthday gift was pleased ... But please read instructions... 😂 😂 For a small pack of beads you get nice amount of beads... Obviously the instructions say how long to soak beads for particular size Definitely worth the $ !!! Beads are clear n once you add water to vase they become transparent...just a very pretty effect... In spite of my disasterous start ... Everything came out beautiful ❤️ I def recommend making these vases also sold on Amazon I believe 4 the holidays & wedding , graduation 🎓 centerpieces Good Luck.. You'll Def love the effect!

The NOTCHIS Clear Water Gel Beads are amazing! I was surprised at how far they go — I only used about 5 teaspoons and was able to fill two vases completely. Once hydrated, the beads look crystal clear and add such an elegant touch to my arrangements and candle holders. Perfect for floating no-hole pearls for a mysterious look. Hydrate the gel beads for 6 hours, layer in a vase with pearls (also bought on Amazon), and fill with water. The gel beads disappear. Finish the look by placing a floating candle on top. They’re easy to prepare, hold their shape well, and give a clean, polished look without clouding the water. For the price, you get an incredible amount of beads that will last for multiple projects. Perfect for weddings, parties, or just everyday home décor. Highly recommend if you want a simple, affordable way to elevate your vases and displays!

I love these gel beads! They work great and I love the fact that they are invisible once you add water to them.

Great value for money. A large amount of beads. No smell. Nice and clear looking. Beads are about pea sizes.

I had to fill 5 cases. I've never used these before but they are easy - they just keep swelling! We soaked these for 24 hours with the bead /water ratio given on the package. At noon the day of the event, we filled all the vases leaving about a 2" gap from the top. We added water to the top of the beads and they looked gorgeous!! As we continued getting things ready for the event, we kept noticing random gel beads here and there... they had swollen to the point that they were overflowing and spilling into the table. We drained most of the water from the vases thinking this would stop the overflow, but they kept enlarging and overflowing. We ended up having to take a lot of the beads out of the vases at the last minute and our color beads had been forced to the top of the vases being almost hidden by the floral overhang. These are really neat and pretty but I don't think the directions are accurate for use. And they are only invisible if they are covered by water.
