That is crucial as I didn't want anything acidic that would eat away at the seals on my roborock S5 max robot vacuum / mopper. It needed to be low foam to avoid clogging the filters on the device. It worked perfectly just a few drops in the 290ml water tank of my device. The cleaner is concentrated and therefore very economical, has a faint lemony smell, nothing to overpowering. The product worked well on removing any stains on my laminate. Residue was minimal and the floors didn't feel sticky. But checked on google and apparently it is. I purchased it to clean outside tiled steps, I diluted it and put in a spray bottle, and used a scrubbing brush, my steps came up great!
