Great for cold and flu season. Long lasting and strong smelling.

Have had a nasty cold for a week or so and tried these as soon as they arrived. i put it under the spray of the shower, turn the water a little hotter than I would use and let it run to 'activate' the tablet for about 2 minutes. The release of the menthol was almost immediate once the water hit it. I let the steam build up a little before turning the temp down and showering. It was very refreshing and i felt a noticeable difference in my congestion while I was there, more so than I would usually get from hot water alone. The scent doesn't really linger. As soon as I turned off the water the menthol started to dissipate but with the door and window closed there is still a faint scent in the room. For reference I have a small glass cubicle shower with a door that fully closes, it's only open at the top, so it's likely this helps the product a lot as the steam is trapped in the cubicle. For the price it's well worth a try if you're struggling with congestion. The tablets are quite large and there was still about a third of the tablet left after a 10 minute shower, so you can either have a good long shower or have multiple uses with each tablet.

Very nice - not a particularly strong scent, but still good enough to be the 2nd ones I’ve bought.

Don’t last long in shower - not that smelly either. I won’t buy again.

Great tablet for the shower. Get the water a little hotter than normal and they dissolve better and with the water hotter produces better vapour in the steam
