This pillow was an absolute Godsend when I had the flu and then bronchitis. I had to sleep almost completely sitting up and this cradled my head perfectly and made it more bearable. It has just the right amount of fluff and give, but comes with extra foam if you want it to be thicker and/or more firm. I have now switched to this pillow permanently and use it every night. The only downside is that it does not stay cool. We had to keep our heat higher than usual for awhile and it did get hot. Other than that, it’s amazing!

I wish I had found this pillow long ago! It's been here 2 days, and I love it -- just the right amount of SQUISH! Lightly firm foam that's fantastically pressure sensitive, it lets your head sink in while still supporting your neck and shoulders - hurray! Soooo much more comfortable with my cpap machine than the previous setup (one medium firm pillow and one thin too-soft one, ugh, always adjusting...). I'm keeping my eyes peeled for the next sale. But if you wake up with a stiff neck and a sore shoulder, here's the solution.
