When I ordered this pillow from morning owl, i recieved a palm sized chunk of latex foam instead of a pair of pillows, infuriated i contacted the Morning owl about the wrong delivery, they were pretty quick to address the issue and sent me the exact product.Man!!! I love this pillow, by the looks of the bulk, at first I thought i might get a neck pain as I was not used to bulky pillow ( one can remove the zipper and takeout the excess latex to reduce the height of the pillow ), but to my surprise i just loved resting my head on this, i didn't need to remove the latex to reduce height.Plus it doesn't get warm, and the fabric used is top notch.I personally recommend shredded latex pillow over any kind of fancy memory foam.

Wouldn't like to cast aspersions on all the 5 star ratings.. but.. even after a month, however much we fluff it up it gets lumpy in 10 mins of laying your head on it. It's super heavy and just about manageable for a side sleeper. Looks good and smells absolutely fine though. I have no idea what those super enthusiastic reviews are about.
