Good value for price
Ordered the black one but received the white one instead, was a little upset about that. Overall I’m content with it so far, not a big gamer but I’m mainly using it for app development and office work.

Seemed OK at first but......
I would like to say the case, fans, and lights where nice but the rest was junk. When I first opened the box and looked inside the case I noticed glue in the ram slots. It was odd to see this. I exchanged the crap ram chips with better ones I plugged everything in, it powered on but no signal to my monitor. So I thought I got a dead on arrival pc. So I put the ram chips that came pre installed back in and tryed again no problem what So ever. Then I was checking things out I noticed that the hard drive was split into 3 different volumes another odd thing but iam above average pc user. I know how to fix it to be just one. But it wouldn't work so I said fine I will just settled with pc so I download world of war craft and start playing it, the performance "was" awesome for one day then the following day it was bogged down and crappy. So I figured I would try re installing windows and guess what this pc wouldn't let me so at this point I had anof.(This pc cannot be upgraded or have windows reinstall ) there is no point in buying this product unless you just want a as is pc.Also side note all the parts seemed to be cheap no name brands even the video card was a brand I never heard of.

Can't make any complaints right now.
Overall, pretty awesome setup. There are a few things that peaked my interest a bit that I didn't see mentioned and I could just be wrong as I don't know that much about pre-builts.1. The 1TB SSD was spilt up into three (3) separate drives within the computer, had to go in and shrink and extend these to have it all on the main drive. Not too sure if that was intentional or not but just easier to have it setup in one, than worry about downloading to multiple memory spaces.2. It seems like there may be some kind of glue on some parts of the connector pins within the PC, I'm not sure if that was intentional or used to limit the ability to upgrade the PC in the future, haven't looked to much into it but a friend of mine who builds PC said that's kind of what it looks like (this is also reflected in the pictures advertised) a little odd if true.3. There was no operator's manual when opening the box, not too much of an issue but some of the smaller things (controlling the RGB fans, etc.) are gonna be a trial and error as there doesn't seem to be an alternate way of accessing that.Overall, though, if you're just getting into the world of pre-built and have a budget around what these guys end up offering again, it's a pretty solid way to go. Very quiet, quick to set up, no hassles so far. Little to no bloatware which is something to worry about with pre-builts.
