Great product - fantastic customer service! Highly recommended.
I did a lot of research and watched a lot of you tube videos before committing to this particular heater. If you are looking at getting a diesel heater, I'm sure you do a lot of research beforehand too. I was really torn between the "cheaper" ones and this LF Bros brand offering various models of increasing expense and it seemed you could make the "cheaper" ones a bit better by buying a better fuel pump and replacing it, and maybe the fuel line, and the exhaust muffler. While I'm definitely capable of doing those things... I couldn't really be bothered, and I still worried about the quality of the actual heater unit. As we all know by now - there is bad chinese, and there is good chinese, and it pretty much always comes down to price. They can certainly make things down to a price, but they can also make great stuff, it just costs more. I have always been more of the "buy once, cry once" category - where I think you pay a bit more than you really want to at the start, but then don't regret later because the thing works, and doesn't let you down. So.... I plumped for this one (the N2-T model) when it was on a Black friday deal, it arrived promptly, well packaged in it's box, and I couldn't wait to get it set up and running as the weather was already pretty cold. I'm currently living in a static caravan, which can stay warm, but consumes quite a bit of gas for the central heating when it's single figures weather and the wind gets up. My idea was to supplement the central heating with this diesel heater and keep the gas bills down. I installed it pretty easily, and it was working fine for the first few weeks, and I was very happy with it as it did a great job of heating the whole place, the gas central heating was on a whole lot less, which was great for my gas bills, and I couldn't believe how little diesel it used to keep the place toasty warm. I wasn't just happy with it, I was ecstatic. Then 1 day, I noticed a slight smell of diesel when I went to top it up. To be honest I probably wouldn't have noticed if this had been installed outside or maybe in a garden shed or workshop, where I know a lot of people use them. I have installed it in the 2nd bathroom of the caravan (which I only use for storage) so obviously it is inside, and any smell is much more noticeable. I monitored it for a few days and found that it was probably dripping about 4 to 5 drops an hour - so very little really, but not something I wanted to leave. The smell, while not over powering, was a nuisance. The drips, while almost nothing, still irritated me as I want maximum efficiency. But mainly, since I couldn't really determine where the leak was coming from exactly ( I suspected a clamp might need tightening up on the pipe to the pump) I was worried about fire risk, particularly with it being installed inside my van. I was one morning away from taking the unit out and dismantling it my workshop to address the leak, when I remembered that I had received a customer service email from LF Bros after I bought the unit from Amazon, saying if I had any issues to please contact them. So I did. I wrote a message to them explaining the problem and asking if they had any advice to sort the problem, and I received a message back the same day from a lovely lady (Milly) who was super helpful and after asking a few questions, offered to send me a brand new unit out asap. This they did, and it actually arrive faster that promised. I have installed this one and I'm very happy to report is working perfectly! In fact, they were kind enough to send me a better (more expensive) model than the one I originally purchased, and I can say it is even better than the first one, as the pump is absolutely silent, and the economy is unbelievable! It sips fuel (particularly on the low setting - where it is usually after its heated the place up very quickly on high). When I go to check if it needs topping up, I'm always amazed at how little it has used for the heat it puts out!So in summary - not only is the heater fantastic, doing a great job pumping out lovely hot clean, odour-free warm air, it does it easily, quietly, and cheaply (fuel-wise). Just as importantly for me (and to be honest, the BIG surprise) is the excellent customer service and product back up from LF Bros, who not only answered every message I send them within 24 hrs, but went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with their product and left happy with the product I chose and the company I chose it from. I can't speak for everyone, but I feel that my decision to spend a little more initially has paid for itself many times over, and I have already recommended the LF Bros diesel heater to a number of people who have asked about it, in the knowledge that if they do encounter any problems Milly/customer service will look after them. 1 very happy (and warm) customer!

Quality much better than cheap Chinese ones
I have a renovation property in northern Italy and being here in March its cold like uk. The property has no heating other than a water heater for showering etc. We needed something safe and reliable to place in our cellar and tube the heat upstairs to the livable areas, and exhaust the fumes through the wall to outside. After a lot of consideration on the safety of these diesel heaters to try and take the chilI of the place. went for the LF Bros for qualify and reliability. The unit has been running for 4-5 hours at a time and has worked flawlessly. The heat on full power and at the end of a 5m tube is in the 70°c. My only consideration is diesel consumption. Not calculated accurately but the 5ltr take is used in about 5-6 hours. Reducing the heat to 2.5 from 5 dose extent that considerable

Very good and exceptional customer service
Ive only had this installed a couple of days and so far its really good. It turns on with just a press of the remote and the heat level can also be adjusted from the remote which is great. It worked first press of the button, which is really impressive especially as i had a diesel heater a few years back that would never start and just kept coming up with error codes. This is easy to assemble, you just fit the hoses put diesel in and press remote to start. The heat level is great ive had it on full and half and both are hot.Ive given it five stars i will change it if needs be as i continue to use it.Would recommendUpdate ive got an E1 error code and i cant get it working :(Update i contacted customer service and they suggested ways to try and get it running again. They replied really quickly and yes my heater is running again! Fantastic customer service I’m so pleased i chose this make of heater

The product doesn’t work
The product doesn’t work. When it was plugged in we originally thought we needed to leave it for some time to charge up, as after following all of the instructions the display didn’t work. After a few hours of charging, the same problem occurred. The display simply did not turn on no matter what we tried and it wouldn’t light up nor make any sound. The display didn’t turn on and the product itself didn’t work

Does exactly what it should
And by that I mean; the timer works, there is no comlicated set up, hidden areas behind passcodes or calibrations required. You can just install it, fill it with fuel and it will just work! We have had a number of cheaper 'Chinese Diesel Heaters' in the past and have had to work around any number of issues with them, to be honest, they have been a complete nightmare! I know that this is a bit on the pricy side but the saying 'Buy cheap, buy twice' is definately true in this instance.Currently I have this running to heat my workshop, I know it's not intended for this but the other model on offer didn't have the timer option on the controller. We just simply jacked it up on some wood to give the exhaust and intake enough clearance on the underside. It has been running for nearly 2 weeks now and provided more than enough heat, at the preprogrammed times. Fuel usage at about 1.8kw (of heat) has been expected, roughly one standard Jerry can a week costing roughly £9 + electricity (minimal, it draws about 40w). This is running it every 4 hours for one hour to keep the temperature up and stop moisture from forming on the inside of the shop.I will definately consider purchasing one of the other models available from this vendor, we have a camper van that needs the current heater swapping out, last time I turned it on Diesel leaked out all over the drive way so I'm not all that confident about getting it going again.
