Charge exploded after a month
I bought it on 8 April 2025 and today is 19 May 2025. I plugged the charger into electricity socket and the actual charger exploded with a loud bang, a spark and the whole cable just cut off from the plug. Pretty shaken up as I just had out the baby down on the floor. I hope the seller or manufacturer sees this and gets in touch with me..

Laptop never worked
I bought the HP laptop on April 2nd 2025. I only opened it out of the box on August 21 2025 to find a "Boot Device Not Found"So it has been switched on for the first time and doesn't work ;(
