New. Product is huge downgrade from the discontinued from the illuminating Primer. And the price increase for a SMALLER size. It’s a complete rip off. They’ve also discontinued my favorite foundation (cream) several years ago. In both cases they positioned the new product as an improvement. The resize and escalated price for a smaller primer is the final straw. I’m officially boycotting Laura Mercier. Used to be my main brand but never again.

I love this primer! It goes on very smoothly and is not sticky or thick giving a slight glow to your face. Applying long lasting make up on top ensures a polished finish that lasts all day

Item packaging had been resealed and the actual product had been used. Disappointing!

The price is too high

I bought it because there were a lot of positive reviews. But I'm not impressed with this product. There is no such thing as the effect that is being described and advertised. If a foundation is applied on top, it rather worsens its effect, emphasizes and enhances the visibility of wrinkles. Without this primer, foundation sit much better.
