Pure By Nature Joint Support, Glucosamine with Chondroitin Turmeric MSM Boswellia Supplement, 180 Capsules

I ordered a larger bottle this time because I saw a difference in my knee pain with the first. I used to get hyaluronic injections every year till insurance changed. I was dreading knee pain after 1 yr but it’s being 2 years. In the 2 years, I have only had a need to put knee supports maybe twice each year for a short period. I can climb up and down stairs and go walking without the stiffness and pain. I don’t like large capsules, these are a decent size, easy to swallow. They definitely worked for me and cheaper than my co-pays I used to pay. (Not only did I have knee pain prior to 2 years but my knee would lock sometimes).

I am a 65 year old guy, 7 knee surgeries (4-right 3-left) with very little cartilage left in either knee. I had a stroke and trying to get back in shape, but the knees are preventing me from continuing. I thought I would give these a try. It's coming up to one week that I have been taking these and I can already tell a big difference in pain level and range of motion. I truly am surprised how well these work. I take them with a meal and no stomach issues, and really no side effects at all. I really like them. EDIT: I had relatives visit and a couple of other things that caused me to miss ordering my "joint pills" as I call them. Well, I won't let that happen again. I guess it was a way to find out how I would feel not taking them. Don't want to run out again, they were making even more of a difference than I realized. I guess the longer you take them and they are in your system, the better they work. Still no stomach or GI issues, and still take them with a meal. I do however split them up to keep the "helping" levels up in the bloodstream ( 2 in the am and 1 in the evening ) These work even better than they did during my initial review.

My mom was diagnosed with crepitus in knees and since taking these tablets, she has experience less of the cracking sound in her knees when she bends or walks. It doesn't helps much with pain so she takes over the counter pain killer aleve or advil which helps with the pain. So far the combination has been working.

I was only able to take this for about a week. I did not notice that Turmeric was a large doseage, I cannot take this as it causes severe stomach issues for me. I started out taking the doseage as recommended, then went down to 2 and then 1. But my stomach just couldn't take it. I think it was helping, except I could not take the stomach upset every day at work :( I believe its a good product, just my system cannot handle the turmeric. Would recommend this product and do believe it would give relief, if your system can handle the turmeric.
