I recently purchased the finbike U2, and it has truly transformed my commute and weekend rides! The initial hiccup I experienced – a flashing power button and inability to turn on despite a full battery – was quickly resolved by the company's excellent support. They swiftly provided a battery replacement, and since then, the bike has performed flawlessly. The smooth pedal assist, long battery range, comfortable saddle is a standout, and the overall build quality gives me confidence in its longevity. While the initial issue was a minor setback, the company's responsiveness and the bike's subsequent performance have made me a very happy customer. If you're looking for a reliable and enjoyable e-bike, look no further!

Easy to set up and use. Excellent value for money.

First impression is that this bike is great value and performs well. Assembly was quite easy when using the on line video. Communication by the seller on the delivery of ordered accessories could have been a little better.

Brilliant bike! I bought this after looking for a while at different step through bikes and found the whole experience fantastic. When I first bought the bike and put it together I discovered that the battery didn’t work. I had sn hour of worry wondering how difficult it was going to be to get a replacement from the seller, but I was pleasantly surprised. After messaging them, the seller responded quickly and replaced the battery with next day delivery!I just had my first go on the bike today and, having not previously owned an electric bike, I found it to be excellent! It feels well built and looks great, the power is more than enough and the battery seems to last more than enough for a long ride. It does make a small noise when the motor is running, but that is very slight and not intrusive or annoying.You can buy this exact model under different brand names, however this one “finbike” does a great job with delivery and customer service. Plus you get the benefit of buying through Amazon, so no worrries about faulty parts or refunds.I also bought a front basket, specifically made for this bike, which attaches on the front mounting plate and looks brill. Unfortunately, you can’t buy this on Amazon at the minute, but finbike sell it on their website. Alternatively you can buy it from the isinbike shop or iscooter shop ( which sell the same model bike under there own brand name, but still with the designation of U2)I will update this once I have owned the bike for a while, but if you want to see a good review, there is a Jordy bloke who has a video on YouTube. he has owned the bike for a while and done over 200 miles on it. It is under a different brand name, but if you type in “U2 electric bike” into YouTube, it should come up.

I've swapped my scooter for this electric bike and I love love love it! Riding to work is a pleasure with the power assist, not arriving all sweaty and red faced! I've even used it today in the frost and didn't feel at all unsafe. Putting together the bike took me an hour or so and I'm not in the least technically minded. Charging is also simple to do. No problems just a joy to ride!

Easy to put together and a lovely ride

I had this delivered yesterday. Assembled and charged battery over night. Gotten battery and turned bike on and nothing happened. No power to bike. Email customer service only so no one to talk to.So where the zip ties had been applied they had pulled the cable too tight to the drive mechanism. Took the cables off and pushed the cable back in and works.Had a quick spin around the block and is really easy to use. It is heavy so need to take corners carefully but sure I will get use to it. So far so good apart from the initial frustration.

Already hundreds of kilometres of riding in it, this is a very reliable, sturdy, fast-going electric bike. We enjoy using it in every minute. Really, couldn't find a single downside.
