Needed to upgrade my phone, and my son advised this model. I am not a young user getting on a bit. I find this model is easy to load up and it has all ability that I need, well made, glad I made this choice.

Replacement smartphone for my elderly Dad. Easy to use and transfer from his old Samsung phone was straightforward.

Very easy to set up & transfer all info, contacts etc from old Samsung to this new phone.

I bought this for my 10 year old,the phone looks fine, it is easy to setup and was unlocked. I was a little worried about it's durability but a year later and the phone is still working properly. The quality of the screen image is very good and battery life is pretty decent. I personally love Samsung phone and I think this phone is a pretty decent deal.

Me ha gustado mucho este celular. Calidad vs precio está increíble. Llegó en muy buenas condiciones nuevo en su caja con todos los sellos de seguridad. Funciona muy bien y en mi caso le puse un sim telcel y no batallé nada para configurarlo. Viene con un sim gratis marca Telmovil me parece que es muy buena opción solo que ya había comprado el de Telcel. En la caja del celular viene manual, garantía, herramienta para poner el sim y la tarjeta micro SD y un cable que sería para cargar pero ambas entradas son tipo C así que no entra al cargador porque ese tiene entrada USB pero creo que se compra un adaptador y listo. Yo tenía un cargador con la misma entrada así que no batallé. La entrega fue súper rápida llegó de un día para otro. En general es muy buen celular.

Compré éste teléfono para usarlo en el trabajo (Whatsapp, correos, sesiones por meets, etc..) y va muy bien, se siente fluido y la batería me dura 2 días. Estoy muy satisfecho. Eso si, mi teléfono principal es un iPhone y deja muchísimo que desear la experiencia de usuario de Samsung, todo tiene un click extra innecesario, no existe la auto selección en éste celular y siempre hay pasos extras para seleccionar textos, cambiar pantalla, abrir opciones, etc. Ciertas apps no están bien optimizadas, no se sienten smooth. En lo personal no compraría un gama alta con ellos.
