Improves my vision. Great supplement.
I’m 52 and a few years ago I started needing reading glasses for my close up work and computer/phone reading. I had heard that Lions Mane helps your eyes / vision. It’s true for me! This is an excellent and effective brand. Recommended.

It could help you, depends on your current state of being.
When I first took it, wow, then not much. Continued taking it, and some days I notice a difference, some days not so much. Tried taking 2 and that seemed to help. When I take it in the evening, seems to disrupt my sleep, so a.m. is the best. Got the stronger strength, as well, but decided to start out with these that are weaker. They are small, and easy to swallow, which helps. When they work, everything seems brighter and more intense ( think gray vs. color) is the best way to describe the feeling and look of things.

How about this stuff been taking it for the last two weeks the best analogy I can explain it is like a light on a dimmer switch before taking these line. Main capsules was like turning dimmer up 25% after about 10 days 50% and I’m burning the full 90 W bulb now Energy focus and much more stamina not hunting for words 60 years old recommend I believe you start feeling the benefits after about 5 to 7 days and progressed in a positive way after
