Nice mini PC
Great mini PC. Plenty of power and zip. It's quiet as well. OS - dual boot Linux and Windows.

Does not work and return window useless for international buyer.
Product doesn't work, goes into a boot loop. No instructions on website on how to update bios if not through windows. Disappointing as this is the 3rd device purchased from them. Returns window less than 3 months is not helpful for international buyer where unit takes a few weeks to get out of customs!

Speedy features and excellent support
Very nice mini computer! Speedy, lot of features and, after an issue with one of them, I can confirm, excellent service with a fast replacement being shipped out!

Easy to setup and appears solid
This is for a MINISFORUM Mini PC NAB9 Intel Core i9-12900HK unit that I recently purchased. It was easy to setup and after about 30 minutes of Windows updates for Windows 11 Pro it was ready to go. Its very quiet and even when the fans do kick up it's hard to tell. I've been doing software development for 40+ years and for the price this is a great deal if you ask me. I will update this review if any issues do popup. It replaced a 8+ year old gaming PC that always had the loudest fans.

Great...until...
So dollar for dollar, spec for spec, great pricing for what you pay for. Works well too, until it doesn't. First started having issues a few months ago. The system just would not restart. Everytime I had to reseat the HDD after flushing power from the MBD. No problem, I chose not to have the system ever shutdown. But then the updates will make you. And the last one, after the shut down it never came back up, and the reseat did not help either. I have attempted to contact the "support", but I am not sure at this time. Will update once I hear from them. I give them 2 stars, even though my machine is dead, casue you buy these kind of systems, at these prices with that risk.....could be worse, I could have paid way more and stuck in the same situation.

No support for a regular customer that has 8 units
I like their products but if you need tech support, good luck. I have been trying to get a warranty replacement for almost 2 months. No one will respond. They made me an offer for a trade in and I said that was fine cause their computers are great when they work. I have purchased maybe 8 of them for myself, friends and family. This is the second one that has had trouble and while it was annoying to deal with this last one has me just bent. I have tried the email, the discord, the chat and I just am getting frustrated.

No funcionó de repente / el servicio técnico cubrió la garantía y enviaron un nuevo equipo de reemplazo, actualmente esta funcionando y sigo evaluando, pero el servicio pos venta fue muy oportuno.

Durante 2 meses funcionó, luego sólo ya no se pudo encender, el equipo estaba totalmente muerto, aún con el espacio suficiente para ventilarse y con un no break para evitar daños por picos de voltaje. No vale la pena realizar una inversión en este equipo.

La computadora dejó de funcionar sin más a los dos meses de su uso. Usada con nobreak y regulador porque sabemos que este tipo de disposivitos son de un bajo voltaje. Revisando por posbiles problemas similares encuentro que es un problema que ha sucedido a varios usuarios y mencionan que es la fuente de poder. Hoy estoy tratando de iniciar un proceso de devolución, pero no veo la opción en mi lista de pedidos.

De la nada teniéndola conectada en el regulador donde mismo que tengo un play5 y un monitor dejó de prender la PC. Revisándola me comentan que tiene un corto circuito en la tarjeta madre. Totalmente decepcionado de mi compra

If you want install Ubuntu, remember that Bluetooth is not recognize on these PC And drivers and dongle Logitech neither, no possibility to have my keyboard/mouse... I am searching since 2025 march ! on reddit: 2025 january : Unfortunately you have a MediaTek MT7902 device, it's not supported in Linux for Windows it is corrrect... but I try to deGAFAMised my life ! that is my second Minisforum this year (MINISFORUM Mini PC i5 UN1250 Intel Core i5-1250P) the last ?
