be sure and press all parts firmly as there is little wiggle room on how the switch works
of 30 wooden kits ive made about 90 percent are wood trick the fiery bloom is great the part popped loose with no damage as always sand and wax and be sure to press parts 1 and 2 together firmly or the lamp will not shutoff and when installing the petals wax where it fits in the branch as they are delicate

So Worth It!
This is a very interesting conversation piece. The LED light twists to open up like a flower and has two light settings. It’s made from a lot of wood pieces that you snap together and you don’t necessarily need glue. The pieces are laser-cut and fit pretty tightly together. Be CAREFUL not to force anything or the pieces may break! However, there are many spare pieces to allow for the inevitable breakage. The instructions are written in several languages and could have been a lot more helpful, and the pictures are good and clear but sometimes aren’t as definitive as I would have liked. Those two factors caused me to make a couple of mistakes and I had to disassemble the whole thing twice until I figured out how the mechanism was supposed to be assembled. I am still very dissatisfied with the way the battery door attaches to the bottom of the unit but I have not figured out a better option. I broke a couple of pieces and had some difficulty with the manual twisting/opening mechanism. My fingers got pretty sore from snapping multiple pieces together, and I needed a few AA batteries. Overall, it wasn’t too bad of a challenge, although it was totally outside of my comfort zone.

Instructions could be clearer.
Instructions not the clearest in some areas. Not the easiest model to make. None of the parts broke and all fit together well. The on/off switches don't work though, meaning you have to remove a battery to turn it off and then replace it to switch it on again and alternate between the 2 light modes, which is a shame. I see some other reviewers has the same problem.

Unique Design, Somewhat Difficult Build
This was my 68th 3D wooden model. Description said Level 3 Difficulty, but much harder due to compact design, very tight fit of parts, and difficulty of rotating due to marginal design in a few areas. But finished model looks great. Not recommended for beginning builders.

Was disappointed with this model.
Mechanisms didn't work as illustrated in the videos, after redoing several times. Finished it, but can't get the lights and springs to work. I always check to make sure before final assembly that the battery operated parts work. Instructions clearly left some stuff out. Afraid to buy anything else at this point. Noticed the last intricate pieces advertised are limited in customer satisfaction. Was considering the globe shaped marble run, but don't want to set myself up for failure, at that price. I've bought several of your models and this is the first time I've been this disappointed.

Very Fun to put together, worth the money!
This turn out so awesome, this is a must buy, I put it together as a christmas present for my daughter-in-law and she loved it.

Doesn't work
Its pretty but don't work. Led wiring is backwards so it does not turn on. Even tried to put the wires in as shown and does not work as the parts do not go together. To turn it right or left,is extremely hard as the parts are extremely tight fit. Hard to put together also as parts are a tad bigger than the holes they go in. Not really happy with it.

The internal mechanics for the bloom proved to be far too fragile. Ended up breaking it twice while building just attempting to perform normal twists to open and close the bulb; once, when it was still easy to fix with the spare parts, and again when it was nearly finished and very difficult to fix even if I had the parts. Some elements were just not meant to be made of wood.
