Ordered 2T for my 15 month old incase they ran small and so it would fit the entire summer. They definitely run true to size as it fits big and will fit when she’s 2 years old. The texture of the dress seems very comfortable, and it’s soft and stretchy. Love it! When she’s not bending over it does cover her chest but she wouldn’t stand straight for the photo haha.
