We bought these for our daughter for track. She loves them. They are light weight and comfortable. Easy to adjust to running. Spikes are easy to change and they came with extra spikes.

My main concern was the shoes fitting, but that is the chance you take when ordering online. I'm writing this review to say these shoes do fit with the size I chose. I did read the reviews before buying them, as well, to make sure others said the same. These shoes are very lightweight and breathable, and they do come with the spikes and tool to add the spikes.

Nice looking track shoes that seem well made. Only problem is that they run extremely small. Like at least a couple of sizes too small
