I love this massager. I have arthritis in my feet and they hurt, but I don't want to stop moving, so I bought this to try to help. It doesn't take away the pain, nor would I expect that, but it makes my feet feel better. I especially love the compression part. There are three levels of compression and three levels of kneading. It also offers heat, but as it's July in Wisconsin, I haven't yet tried that. It times out at 15 minutes, but I think that's adjustable, and if you want more, just turn it back on. When this product arrived, it came with a slip of paper offering a "free extended warranty," extending the warranty from one year to three. When I tried to register for this, however, I couldn't get in. So I messaged the company via the email on the warranty slip, and by the next business day, I got an email telling me that the warranty was in effect, nothing more I needed to do. I was very impressed with this service, especially with how quickly and simply it was resolved. So that makes this, in my opinion, an even better product, because the manufacturer backs it up.
