No star for this item...TV is not working due to Mother board issues for last 20 days...Made complained through acer toll free no, service person ensured the problem due to Mother board issues and given assurance to replace within 4 days...But still they are not turned up...Requesting amazon to solve this issues immediately

Good TV but don't expect too much
The TV is working fine, but the “free installation” offer felt like a scam. At the time of purchase, it showed that installation would happen on the same day. However, after payment, the installation date was automatically pushed to a week after delivery. They only contacted me after a week, and simply said, “Since you’re already using the TV, support is not required."The only issue I noticed is that the TV has a 1-star power rating, which means it consumes more electricity. Anyway, I’m only using it for CCTV monitoring, so I didn’t expect much from this TV.
