Well thought of love the product and the idea of what it does comes with a manual for different methods of exercise for your hands. If you have arthritis or need physical therapy, the manual is actually very vivid on how to use. Price is great too.

UPDATE: Seller contacted me and sent a new, complete set. Customer service was promptOrdered a set of 6 and got 3. They work as intended, but I can't give more than one star for getting half of the product I ordered.

These actually are very good for me as I am weak.And there are 2 sizes with also round and oval.But they are a bit slippery.But I think they are very good quality.And I think for me they definitely work.

Love the multiple sizes
I bought these for better hand strength and to help with my tennis elbow. I like that there are multiple sizes and shapes. They are easily stored in my desk drawer at work so that I can take one out anytime.
