I loved the ice/heat packs. My granddaughter loved the butterfly one, irs small enough for her to hold ,worked great on her booboo. We've only used the ice pack so far. I keep in the refrigerator so its ready if needed. Follow the directions on the package as its not suppose to stay in the freezer.

Its shape is nice, but it doesn't hold the cold for very long at all and the strap is useless. There is nothing on the other side for the velcro to stick to.

Great product. Stays in place on ankle and foot with Velcro strap without sliding off. Nice quality with a soft side on your skin.
