I had received this product but just now opened it. I had been happy with my previous product but it became unavailable. This one is less expensive and contains more fisetin per capsule.Research is mixed on this substance. It appeared to be anti aging in rodents but not humans. The rodent studies were best when related to their kidneys and that was my issue. Human doses were 1500 mg of fisetin for 3-5 days per month, not every day. I cannot say what might be best but three caps per day for 5 days works for me. My urinary protein loss has decreased significantly and my lab test results have stabilized.Your results may vary.

Fisetin is often recommended as a toxin remover, better than quercetin. I found this one worked well as part of a spike protein detox. One star off for the bright red capsule - not sure about the coloring agents used.
