Worth the upgrade form the m2000
So much better than the M2000!!! I am not experiencing disconnects, slow connection, shutting down. Though the price is a little higher, it is what you pay for! I keep the device plugged in and run my home internet. If I were to have any complaint, it would be poor transmitting signal. Device works best when near the PC.

Wrong replacement (cheaper model)
Item on top was sent originally but will not turn on even though the light on the power button lights up when plugged into power. I requested a replacement and a different model (item on the bottom) was sent. While this item works and that is my main concern, it is a much cheaper model and I should be partially reimbursed or the correct and function product should be sent to me.

Love and Not Love
I have a love-not-love relationship with this device. Firstly, it's a nice piece of hardware, simple and to the point. It has a lot of options/settings, including a very important one: the ability to select 5G only and totally ignore 4G. This has been good in keeping connected to 5G, both for stability and speed. When I am able to get a connection, it does pretty well. In my house, I can never get a stable cell signal, but with this Inseego M3000, I do manage to get 2 bars of 5Guc. (Yeah, the "uc" looked weird to me at first, but it's real.) For the first time ever, I was able to get a steady-enough connection, and it was good enough to stream YouTube videos to my Tablet with this hotspot at 1080p without many noticeable issues. If I move it to the other end of my house, it will remain stable. So far, it feels more like a booster than a hotspot, but it's better than what I was getting before, nothing. What I do not love about this is the 1 to 2-minute start-up time. Especially when it falls asleep. Simply pressing the button to wake it up doesn't just "wake" it up; it simply reboots as if it were totally off. So if you take this with you in your car and think you'll simply just push the button to turn on and go, you're wrong. I have to HOLD the button down for like 7 seconds before it even flashes the screen to boot. It is very annoying. And if you're thinking of just letting it sit idle while disabling sleep, the battery will drain from 100% down to about 30% overnight. If you think you can just leave it plugged into your car's USB and have it auto-start when the car starts, supplying power to the USB, it won't. Basically, it's great when it's running, but going from shutdown to actually being able to use it is annoyingly painful. You have to stop what you're doing every time, just to get it to run. I wish a firmware update could fix this, but it probably cannot. Now, if you're NOT annoyed by things like this, then you'll probably be fine. But I need this for on the go, in my car, and I need it to just be tucked away and never seen again, and just simply work. It cannot do that. It needs to be managed every time you need it. So for now, I am keeping it as a backup internet connection for when the main one goes offline (which has been happening often). The fact that I can get a signal in 5G inside my house is what gives it the 4 Stars for me. Minus 1 star for being an absolute pain to just get it to start up.

This thing is AWESOME! I now have internet in the middle of nowhere
Ever since I was a kid my dad would drag me up to our cabin ... one fuzzy channel of TV and no Internet.. In fact until I bought this the only option available was DSL... YES! DSL is still a thing! .. This hot spot changed everything. Eventhoigh I'm remote .. I turn on this guy and WOW 5G!! and 4 Bars!! ... Kudos to the people that designed this (and to T-Mo too) So now I can run up to the cabin and not feel like I fell off the face of the planet.

problems with power button and startup
powering on takes a long time. not to hold the power button for 20 seconds or more to get the power to turn on and then takes several minutes to start up

Misinformed product as it doesn’t work with all carriers
Bought this cause it said it will work with any of the carriers. I took it to Verizon and they could not get it to work due to the manufacturers number. It does me no good if it doesn’t work with Verizon. Don’t like the “it’ll work with all carriers”
