Southern-born and full of southern charm, Dale engages her readers with her own personal journey while, along the way, dispensing valuable advice that she has learned through her own personal development. Citing some of the biggest names in the self-help industry as her mentors, Dale is clearly a student of life and it would behoove one to listen or, in this case, read this book!

I had the pleasure of seeing Dale speak in person and she was amazing! I bought her book and absolutely loved it! I have bough tons of copies to give to all my favorite people. I wish I had 100 to hand out to all the women I know. She has such a great positive message to share. I loved her book! You won't regret buying it. ♥

A great read for all women. Love this book! We hold so much power in what we think and say about and to ourselves! Dale has inspired me to dust off my dreams that have been on the shelf! This is a must read for any woman who has wondered if there is more or has battled discouragement !

I had met Dale Smith in person. She is an amazing speaker. Her book had encouraged me so much to be proud of myself for being a woman and live out gorgeous from the inside out.

Dale has truly written an excellent book that should be a must read for every woman who is eager to discover, celebrate and embrace her authentic inner and outer gorgeousness by letting go of disempowering beliefs, thoughts & attitudes that result in devaluing her sense of self-worth, doubting her innate strength, beauty and abilities. Dale inspires and equips her readers on how to release these negative blocks by expounding on key principles she has learnt along her own life journey and has also taught to thousands around the world. I love how Dale calls these principles “gifts” as they are powerful and life changing when put into practice. They will set you free from self-limiting mindsets that can keep you hidden and playing small & assist you in valuing all that you have been created to be, your unique gifts and talents and also have you stepping out to live your ideal passionate, purposeful and beautiful life with confidence and courage.

I passed this book to my sister just the other day. I finished the book while I was on a weekend retreat with my husband. After reading it - I just knew other women needed to read it as well. We have some many mental blocks these days. We are distracted and we get stuck in the negative cycle all too easy. I consider myself a strong A** Woman - but I get down on myself hard too.Read the book - do the homework. Set some time aside for your self and do the deep work. It’s worth it. Dale really understands how low self-esteem and self-worth can affect you. Although you see her as a beautiful, successful woman, she, too, has experienced this lack of self-respect that so many of us suffer from.It's crazy! As Dale says, we are all gorgeous - inside and out. We just need to start finding that better path and that more positive inner voice.Dale provides lots of great information and advice in this book and her style is so friendly and supportive that you feel like it's your big sister talking to you. It's the voice you need to hear, at the right point in which you need to hear it.I can't recommend the book highly enough. It truly is a must-read for every woman.
