Got the watch completely scratched up also the upper button don't work, watch is too much plasticly build also the quality of strap no where near to be acceptable in this price range Software wise and app support watch is grt that diy watch studio really comes handy (example is photo uploaded) things can get better software wise if boAt wishes to give us a update Update: received the replacement product it's completely damaged, no where near to be called new watch this seller is stright up scamming people and Amazon itself just watch ing and enjoying It's my last Amazon purchase
