I absolutely love this honey, this is the second jar I have bought from Eco Bee Farms and all I can say is I can 'feel' the benefits!I was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my hips, and was feeling pain walking, especially when getting up having sat down for a period of time. A friend recommended Raw honey (not the pasteurised stuff as this takes out all the "goodness" in the honey) taken as a drink with cinnamon twice a day! That's all I did! and within 2 weeks, I absolutely do not feel any pain! I would recommend this to anyone who wants honey with all the "goodness" still intact! Will definitely buy this again. Ohh and BTW lost some weight as well as a side effect!! How cool is that!!!!!

Buy it-----you will love it.The honey although solid simply melts when you put some into your porridge.also the big tub will last ages.
