This has been useful on days when time is short. It dissolves well and the color looks right away which I like. The flavor feels balanced and not flat. I can drink it plain or add a little milk. After a few days I noticed I was reaching for it more than bags. It does what I expect and keeps things simple which is all I need from tea.

The taste is great! The recommended 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per 8 fl oz is spot on for me, it’s just the right amount of strength and it’s super easy to use in the mornings on the go when I don’t have time to wait for a tea bag to brew.

I chose the product for making cold tea at home, 2 quarts at a time. I chose it for being just powdered black tea, without any flavoring or other additives. The recommendation on the package (1/2 tsp per 8 oz beverage) would size up to 4 teaspoons for 2 quarts of tea. I found it took 4 tablespoons, or 3 times the suggested amount of powdered tea, to reach a strength to my household's liking. And we do not add ice to our tea (why I wrote cold tea, rather than iced tea).v The taste was quite acceptable at what I deem to be proper strength. Tea leaves ground to powder will not impart the same aroma and flavor to a tea beverage as tea made from larger leaf particles , especially when steeped, from the same tea plante, but we like the convenience. The photo on the product is misleading, because it is easy to infer that the product itself is dried cut tea leaves. The product description on Amazon and the package, however, do clearly state that is is a powder of ground tea leaves.

Great taste I order once a month

This powder has changed the way I make tea. I used to boil water, steep tea bags, and wait, it always took longer than I wanted. Now I just add a spoonful of this to hot water, stir, and I've got a cup ready in less than a minute. The flavor is better than I expected. It's bold, smooth, and doesn't have any bitterness. I use it for both hot and cold tea. I like making a stronger batch, adding more powder, and chilling it in the fridge. My family has even started using it more regularly after my husband comes home from work. We brew two cups of tea and help to relax in the evening. It's affordable that I plan to keep it stocked all the time. If you're on the fence about trying instant tea, this is a good place to start. It's simple, clean, and works for multiple uses.

Good product, I mix it with powdered sweet tea and it’s good great hot or cold

This is good tea but not consistent in darkness or flavor

I had a difficult time finding an ice tea mix that was easy to make. I was looking for something like Nestea: 1to 2 teaspoons of tea, sugar, water, mix then drink. I came across this black tea and decided to try it. I'm glad it did. It mixes well with cold or hot water. The tea quality is very good and taste great, plus it isn't too expensive nor so cheap you wonder if you're getting tea or chemicals. Since it is basically just tea, you know what you are getting and none of the other additives others use. Plus, you can add sugar or any other sweetener to taste (or none at all).
