This Berberine supplement has been great. No side effects noted to someone who is sensitive to supplements. I take supplement after dinner and feel this helps aide me in my fast until lunch the following day. With this supplement and fasting I'm consistently down 8lbs with no other lifestyle changes. I bought this product a little over 2 months ago. I was very skeptical and doubtful of the product claims. But, I must report, as I have used the product consistently, I have lost 10 pounds in those two months. What amazes me, is that the has curbed my appetite to the point where I do not binge eat at night. I am able to eat in a healthy way without overdoing it. I also exercise consistently. But the calories I am able to consume during the day give me the energy to exercise. Plus, with this product, it curves my appetite so that I do not overeat.
