Good 4k minitor for 20k
Monitor is good for the price. This is my 2nd external monitor for office work. I also have Benq EW3270U that I use with my MBP.Pros:Slim monitor.4k Resolution. Only option available in the market for 20k INR in 32 inch size.Speakers are okey. Not something deal breaker but it is there in case you need someday. I use MBP speakers for everyday use.Plenty of ports. I am using the HDMI with my Mac.I haven't observed any backlight bleed so far.Cons:Refresh rate is only 30Hz. My Benq one is 4k 60Hz (available at amazon for 28k). FYI it should be 60Hz, its a standard for many years . Nowadays videos are coming with 60Hz.Speakers are not great (as usual with any monitor in similar range).I sometimes see (once in maybe every hour) monitor turns off and turns on again. No short term on-off though. It may be due to electricity supply, I am using extension board to power all devices.Conclusion: It is a budget choice. If you want full functionality, go for Benq, Dell, LG or any other leading 4k-monitor brands.

Manufacturing defect
Monitor was good, but developed a bright pixel with in 2 days of usage.Disappointed.Product returned and Amount refunded.Thanks to Amazon

Incorrect Specs | Build Quality Not Up to the Mark
Base stand is slightly shaky. Not sturdy enoughResolution is not true 4K but only UHDIs 4K 3840x2160 or 4096x2160?Key Differences Between 4K and UHD Resolutions | RGB SpectrumFor the display market, UHD means 3840x2160 (exactly four times HD), and 4K is often used interchangeably to refer to that same resolution. For the digital cinema market, however, 4K means 4096x2160, or 256 pixels wider than UHD.

Awesome product
The media could not be loaded. This is decent and sound quality also average.If there would have been usb connectorIn package you will get the power cord and a hdmi cable easy to fix but be careful while unboxing.The monitor is too delicate and good for work and brightness is around 300 nits and I am using all the ports one for mini pc and another for work using dp port we can switch it bu using the keys there is only one problem that is buttons are not easy to pick

got a damagged item from the seller
The Acer team assigned an engineer for check up the product and he came to check the item he didn't taken any proper evidence and making others to call and asking so many document unboxing video etc etc. he supposed to collect all during the visit,but did nothing. and through phone asking so many detail and making the time delay. i really unhappy with the service from Amazon as well as from the Acer team.i am having all the evidence with me. i will provide anyway

Decent Monitor
Monitor is Sleek. Size is decent. But only drawback is the low volume of the speakers. But overall a great deal of a 4k monitor in this price range..
