OXO Good Grips Glass Creamer

Others have said this creamer is perfect other than it will drip. That's not quite true! If will drip if you pour at a sharp angle, quickly snapping it up and down. If you hold the carafe and don't tilt it more than 20 degrees, there are no drips or spills. I love this thing! It adds some class to the breakfast table.

Well made. I use it to pour milk without wrestling with the large plastic container. A drawback to the OXO is that milk sticks in the glass folds as it is alternating temperatures in and out of the fridge. The spout seal is great and the glass is solid. I doubt it would ever break.

Purchase it to take and keep coffee cream in my small office fridge.

This is just about *perfect* as a small creamer to keep in the fridge. We go through a lot of half-and-half, with three regular coffee drinkers in the house, so I like to buy it in the half-gallon size, but my elderly MIL has a bad shoulder and can't lift a carton that heavy. We can fill this small creamer, and she's got cream she can lift for a week or more, while we pour from the larger carton. I ***love*** having a creamer that seals tightly, so that if it gets bumped in the fridge it doesn't pour everywhere.

I was initially excited when I saw and ordered this creamer jar. It is the perfect shape and size for my almond milk creamer. But there is one caveat. It leaks! The top is made to “switch” or “swing” from closed to open and back to closed. But the problem is that it doesn’t close. It looks like it has a rim on the lid that fits down inside of the opening to hold the lid closed but it does not hold the lid down to keep it closed. Rather the lid stays cocked back towards the opposite side of the pouring spout and therefore leaves the Cramer unsealed in the refrigerator. If you need to shake your creamer like I do with the Almond creamer; then if your finger is not placed properly on the lid to hold it down tightly while you shake it…well you get the idea. You have a mess on your hands. So I’m disappointed in this respect and I haven’t exchanged it because they might all have the same problem. So I’m just unhappily dealing with it. I was going to order another 1-2 of them but now I’m not unless I find out that the one I got was defective and they kindly send me a replacement. Oh well, you win some and you loose some. But with all that said…no at this present point I really can’t recommend this one. Unfortunately, my dreams of a perfect creamer jar are just that…dreams for now.

This item is needful for those who take cream/milk in coffee etc. The only issue I've had with it is the buildup to clean from the inside rim near opening (practically a 90 degree angle). Washing out the glass container doesn't remove buildup, one has to clean it with a small dish brush or finger. Otherwise, it's really nice to have.
