Great earplugs
My husband snores and these are the only earplugs that I’ve found that work and stay in my ears.

These don’t reduce noise as well as foam plugs
Having used them several times before this review, I can say that these don’t reduce noise (and definitely don’t reduce snoring) as good as foam plugs, unfortunately. A minus is they require warming in the hands before insertion and if you’re trying to do it quickly in the middle of the night it wakes you up more. They are comfortable in the ear if you’re a side sleeper.

They work very well. The ear plugs are very pliable and easy to use.

Don't bother!
Not sure how anyone can say these are "better" than the foam earplugs, other than maybe more comfortable? But not really, as my hair got stuck in them. They take a bit of finagling to get in, also. And then, they didn't really reduce the noise as well as the foam ones. I was hoping for something just as effective but more comfortable (as my husband snores). You can return them but only by driving to a Whole Foods (30 minutes away), Staples, or UPS store...not exactly worth it.
