I'm usually not a big gum fan, but I wanted to try this as I know gum can help relax and this one is made from clean, healthy ingredients. I love the flavor and mouth feel and that it leaves my teeth feeling clean. I also do feel like it helps calm me. Will def purchase again!

I gave these to my mom, and she really liked them. I just wish they were a little less expensive.

I tried this gum because I love having fresh breath and prefer to chew a piece after eating. As a Type 2 diabetic, this is a wonderfully healthy option—zero sugar! The taste is quite good, but if you are looking for an explosion of flavor that imitates brushing your teeth, there are better choices. The flavor is minty but mild (not overbearing). A nice balance of flavor and function.

I like the mild flavor and thought it had a smooth texture. I felt it did help calm me down during a chaotic day.
