The mussels and other ingredients are ORGANIC
I bought only one can of the spicy flavor to try cause it was on sale. I tried it immediately and really like that it was actually spicy with a great taste and that there’s more broth than olive oil. I dipped my olive bread in it and finished it off. Then I went back to order all of the remaining tins of both the spicy and lemon herb flavor. Great protein source and an excellent source of B12.

Extremely poor preparation, horrible.
Every can I’ve had of these has featured half of the mussels with their byssus attached. This indicates extremely poor and careless preparation- AVOID!
