Best I can find anymore. My Cardiologist gave the right directions when my heart was out of rhythm. I was low of magnesium and he said to take the Magnesium Oxide about 420mg every day. In a month my heart was beating normal. Him & another heart specialist told me the magnesium oxide was the only magnesium for the heart. Other magnesium supplements were good for other body parts but the heart needs the Magnesium Oxide to help it. MagOx is one of the few that helps me.

These are the smallest magnesium pills I could find & I love them. They seem to work well and are easy to swallow. Would recommend!

After taking MagOx for two weeks I have noticed a difference in my short term memory and clearer thinking. I have stopped going back into a previous room to remember what I was on task for.
