Great Product
Wow! Is the first word I said after opening the box...think I get another set for the other hand and work out both together..very comfortable, easy to use...for me the 50 lbs was just the perfect amount to start with...just make sure it's tightened before start using cause your hand could slip

Tedious
This is a decent set of hand grips. They are well constructed. It comes with various "weight" levels making it versatile for everyone. As others have stated, you have to use the hex wrench in order to change the weight out. This is very cumbersome and not very ideal when you want to quickly go from one weight to another. The handles are pretty thick; however, I am not sure how they will hold up over time. My son tested them and with him squeezing them, it appears okay but not as premium as some that he already owns. This is a good starter set for those wanting a budget-friendly option.Build Quality: The set offers decent durability. It’s lightweight, making it easy to handle, yet sturdy enough to withstand daily use.Design and Comfort: The non-slip grip is a standout feature. Even during intense workouts, I found it comfortable and secure in my hands. The ergonomic design fits well and reduces strain, which is essential for longer training sessions. I’m trying to strengthen my hands and increase my flexibility.Adjustable Resistance: One of the best aspects of this set is the adjustable resistance levels. This allows for a customizable workout experience, making it suitable for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. I appreciate being able to gradually increase the difficulty as my strength improves.Versatility: This trainer set is not just for athletes; I’ve noticed significant benefits in my daily activities, from typing to lifting. It’s also perfect for anyone who wants to enhance hand strength for better performance. The hex key process is tedious.Portability: The compact size makes it easy to carry around, so I can fit in a workout anytime, anywhere—whether at home, the gym, or even at the office.Overall: I highly recommend the Hand Grip Strength Trainer Set for anyone looking to improve their grip strength and forearm stability. It’s effective, durable, and designed with the user in mind. Whether you're an athlete, or just someone wanting to enhance hand strength, this set delivers good results!

Does what it’s supposed to do so no complaints here
So there’s not much you can say about this kind of tool, either it’s made with quality materials or it’s junk that’ll break on you . This is the good kind. It’s very sturdy and well made. Not once did it feel like it was going to break from over use and it’s just a nice way to get your grip strength high without sacrificing comfort. I def recommend

Meh
For the money they're a decent set, but in no way are they accurate. I don't have any tools to measure them, but I used to be a climber and had decent grip strength. I injured my hand and arm in a bike accident and was sent to several specialists to figure out what was going on. To make a long story short, I was sent to a physical therapist and they hooked my up to a machine to test my grip strength. I don't remember the exact numbers, but my grip strength on my injured (non-dominant) hand was around ~90lb, way less than my dominant hand. Anyway, having not done any strength training or climbing in 15 years I can do 150lb on these with no problem. Anecdotal at best, I know, but still. These are also a pain to change the weight as you have to use an Allen wrench. That may not be a problem for some, but if you're trying to do high strength and high reps be aware. While they are comfortable at first (based on the weight) they get uncomfortable fast with more reps. They are padded, but they'll start to dig into your hands. They're also fairly short, so if you have bigger hands they don't work as well.

a fine trainer for your forearms
This kit is great. Everything is well made and solid. Different levels of difficulty so you can easily work your way up. Very worth it for the price, very good introduction to grip training. This is just a passive trainer, don’t expect to get blown up forearms just from doing this, you must deliberately train your forearms to attain true gains!! This is a great tool to keep your forearms engaged in your off time.I love this forearm trainer and I would highly recommend it!

A very sturdy hand grip tool but with questionable accuracy
In an effort to improve my grip strength for pull ups and deadlifts, I got the Duomspiace Store Hand Grip Strength Trainer Set. It seems well constructed but does not exactly seem to match my previous grip tool resistance.Pros:- Very sturdy and the handles fit well into each adjustable weight without any slipping or looseness- While the grip does have a knurling to prevent slippage, it doesn’t dig into the skin and the works well with repeat use- Is priced similarly to other hand grips currently on the marketCons:- The weight resistance listed on the grips appears to be inflated, as I am able to grip 200 lbs with ease when on my other set I wasn’t getting close to this- Only has enough grips / handles for one hand. So have to do one hand at a time

Nice set!
I've never had a grip strength strength set that went up to 300 lbs before. I compared these to my current 100 lb set and the springs appear to be pretty well calibrated. That's all very subjective because I don't have a good way to really measure it though. The grip handles stay really tight and have not loosened up at all. My one suggestion would be to add another set of grips. Although the trainer set only had one of each weight, I think it would be nice to be able to use one in each hand even if the weights aren't exactly the same.I would definitely recommend these. They are simple and sturdy!
