I can't really comment on the oil reducing part of this tea. I have no idea if it really helps your liver or not. I will comment on the tea. The tea bags look and kind of smell like little bags of potpourri. The tea brews up well and has a good herbal flavor. It's not going to satisfy a tea fix but if you are looking for a pleasant hot beverage and don't want a tea, then this isn't a bad choice.
