Really hydrating and calming! 🍃🌊
I thought this was the MISSHA mugwort first treatment essence but it took me a while to realize that that they took it off Amazon and made a lightweight watery version — which is this! From what it looks like on their official website, they don’t make it anymore? Which sucks because it was very good for what it was worth. It is what it is I guess for discontinuing it.I believe this version is the very similar from what they are claiming. When applying it’s refreshing toapply and soothing to the skin. I like applying 2-3layers because of how light it is.I would repurchase because of how basic and calming it is to my sensitive skin and that it can help with redness.

Great for dry textured skin
If your skin is on the drier side with texture this is great for calming flair ups. Pairs well with any moisturizer.

Great hydrating toner
This toner provides great hydration! I use it as the first step after cleansing my face. I dispense a small amount into my palms, and then apply to my face in a patting motion. I don’t like using cotton pads to apply toner as I feel you waste so much product. I have somewhat sensitive skin and this product did not cause irritation. My skin felt hydrated the next day, so that’s a win!

Aesthetically takes some getting used to
I am used to clear toners and blue toners...this one is brown. Does it matter? It shouldn't, but I'll admit to being a bit turned off by the color. How can you tell how much dirt and makeup you remove with the toner if the cotton ball is brown before it touches your face? You can't. And, like I said, it probably shouldn't matter, but it kinda does to me.Putting aside my odd personal preferences, this is a good toner. And, generally speaking, Korean skincare products are made of quality ingredients and deliver on their promises. It comes in a heavy glass bottle and will last a long time. I would prefer an open mouthed bottle for quick application, but perhaps using less product is the objective of the design.

Very pleased
I have tried and reviewed many skin care products, with Ma y of them being Korean skin care brands. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Korean skin care brands are next level when it comes to protecting the skin barrier and delivering incredible value. This Missha toner is no exception. American toners are frequently drying and filled with alcohol. This is not that. This is a toner that you will pat into your skin after cleansing, then follow with serum and moisturizer. And the best part? The toner imparts a hefty dose of moisture just by itself. If you have chronically dry or dehydrated skin, you will appreciate having this in your life. It is soothing and moisturizing, and doesn’t cost a week’s wages. Not sure I could ask for anything more.

Its nice, but was expecting a lot more for the price and size.
I liked the scent, and it was nice on the skin. Pores seemed tighter and smoother but it did nothing for my redness. The photos of the before and after irritated skin was not what I experienced.I returned it and bought another brand of Mugwort toner and it is similar but it leaves my skin more moisturized and took the redness away better on first use. This might be nice for a more normal or combo oily skin but for dry , sensitive older skin it was not out of this world.

Toner
This toner is very effective. It's quite moisturizing, leaving my skin soft and refreshed. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering.

Love this serum!
I love this serum! I use it as a toner and it helps my skin feel hydrated and soft. It’s a liquid rather than a cream and smells nice. It didn’t cause any breakouts either. I highly recommend it!
